The School of International Education (International Exchanges and Cooperation Center) is a secondary college affiliated to the JiangsuVocational College of Agriculture and Forestry. It was established in January 2019 on the basis of the original International Exchanges and Cooperation Center (established in April 2015). It is responsible for recruiting international students, teaching Chinese and Chinese culture, introducing foreign high-quality educational resources, and carrying out various forms of international cooperation in running schools. The college currently has 5 full-time teachers, 4administration staff, and 1 counselor, all of whom have master's degrees.

In 2014, the school began to recruit short-term international students, and carried out language and agriculture courses. It has successively recruited more than 1,000 short-term international students from more than 30 countries including Tajikistan, Laos, Congo, Kenya, and Nigeria. In March 2015, the school officially recruited international students in the form of diploma program. At present, it has recruited more than 300 international students from more than 20 countries such as Kenya, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Congo. It jointly established withChina-Laos Friendship School the Lao Branch campus of JSAFC.

In recent years, the school has established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 10 universities and educational institutions in more than 10 countries and regions, including the United States, France, the Netherlands, Australia, and Taiwan province,China, and has sent teachers and students to universities and educational institutions in the Netherlands, Australia, France, andTaiwan province,China for institutional visit. It has undertaken cooperation projects such as the Sino-Kenya Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park, the Sino-French Agricultural Training Center, and the Science and Technology Support and Talent Training Base for Agricultural Foreign Cooperation.

At present, 1 course of the school has been selected as the national "English-taught Brand Course for Studying in China", 2 courses were selected as "Excellent English-taught Courses for Foreign Students in Jiangsu Universities and Colleges".

In 2016, 2017 and 2018, the school won the "Top 50 National Vocational Colleges with International Influence" for three consecutive years, and won the "Top 50 Asia-Pacific Vocational Colleges" in 2018. In 2016 and 2020, it was awarded the title of "Advanced Group of Education for International Students in China in Jiangsu Province".
